There are several fantastic futures prop firms available to traders. I don’t trade FOREX and can’t comment on or suggest any firms in the FOREX industry. Apex Trader Funding is one of my personal favorites. You can have up to 20 funded accounts with them. They offer several different account sizes and you can choose between Rithmic or Tradovate for your data. Their website is a little old school but don’t let that fool you. It runs smooth and your account dashboard gives you plenty of insight. Accounts are intraday unrealized trailing drawdown, so make sure you take profits!

TopStep is the original online futures prop firm. They have a great reputation and have recently made trader friendly changes. You can have up to 3 XFA (take payouts) at a time. They offer 3 different account sizes and feature end of day drawdown compared to other firm’s intraday trailing drawdown.
